Workshop: Womens DunDun Dance Class

In honor of Women’s History Month, we invite you to step into the circle and experience the grounding, powerful energy of the DunDun.

Join us on Thursday, March 19 at 7:00p at XLNC, 3716 W WT Harris Blvd for a rhythmic journey celebrating the legacy, strength, and unity of women. This dance class focuses on the dun dun (the family of West African bass drums), offering a full-body wokout that connects you to the heartbeat of the music.

***PLEASE NOTE: students MUST have a DunDun drum and sticks for this class. Please note that there are a limited amount of drums available for rent online on a first-come, first serve basis. We will not have any at the door. We receommend bringing your own to ensure your participation.
